Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in solution or technical design.
• Strong ability to produce detailed solution designs and docs.
• Solid understanding of applications, integrations and system design.
• Experience with architecture standards and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed solution designs aligned to approved architecture and business requirements.
• Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical designs and specifications.
• Define components, integrations, data flows, and configuration details.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure design clarity.
• Ensure designs meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Produce and maintain solution design docs and diagrams.
• Support development teams during build and test by clarifying design intent.
• Participate in design reviews and address technical risks and issues.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and implementation.
