Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA-based AI software platform, is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to engage, educate, and close enterprise customers looking to modernize their software development with AI. You will work with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include leading proofs‑of‑concepts, architecting discussions on cloud infrastructure and APIs, delivering compelling demos, and building trusted advisor relationships

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software development with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.

• Act as the technical advisor for Enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy and run proofs‑of‑concepts.
• Lead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to engage, educate, and close prospective customers looking to modernize their software development with AI. You will work directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at enterprise companies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical advisor for Enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy — running proofs‑of‑concept that demonstrate measurable business impact and helping them integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments

• Lead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows

• Deliver compelling demos to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs that convert technical curiosity into commercial momentum

• Run proofs‑of‑concept that demonstrate measurable business impact, and help customers integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments

• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives

• Drive post‑sale adoption and expansion, ensuring customers grow Blitzy usage across teams and products

• Serve as the technical conduit between our CTO, AI Engineering team, and the customer’s experience on the platform — partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle

• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights

• Track and optimize your pipeline with precision, learning from every win and loss to sharpen your approach

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership

• Deep understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices, with direct experience across cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives

• Proven problem‑solving skills, with experience operating in fast‑paced environments and complex enterprise technical environments

• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML technologies or AI‑driven products, ideally in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling

• Background helping companies modernize engineering workflows

• Previous experience at companies like Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies

Compensation: $160,000 - $215,000+ Uncapped Commission + Equity
