Job summary

NDIA seeks 3 x EL2 Solution Architects to lead complex design work across the Digital Enrolments, Access and Payments domains. The roles require independent problem solving, collaboration with Enterprise Architecture teams, and delivery of cohesive, secure architectures aligned to the agency's cyber security strategy.

The EL2 architects will own architecture artefacts, guide development teams and represent NDIA in governance processes, ensuring robust technical solutions across multiple priority

Qualifications

• Experience delivering very complex design work that translates to quality outcomes.
• Ability to coordinate with governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality solution designs that align with NDIA goals.
• Create and maintain architecture artefacts and detailed designs.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and participate in peer reviews.
• Represent the solution in governance forums and decision meetings.
