Are you a seasoned Solution Architect with deep experience in BSS architecture and sales-oriented product delivery? This is your opportunity to help drive transformation and end-to-end product launches for a leading national business.

About the Role

Joining a high-performing Architecture team, you’ll design and deliver end-to-end BSS solutions across digital sales channels and portals, enabling enterprise and wholesale product introduction. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and delivery while working within a flexible hybrid model.

In this role, you will:

• Design and govern BSS architectures across Salesforce (Service Cloud and CPQ), billing, order management, and product catalogue domains;
• Drive digital sales channel capabilities, including lead/opportunity management, quoting, pricing, and integration across internal systems;
• Partner with business, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions for new product launches;
• Contribute to architectural standards, reference models, and integration frameworks;
• Ensure solution alignment and operational readiness through stakeholder collaboration and risk management.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect within enterprise sales environments;
• Strong Salesforce BSS experience, particularly in sales, quoting, and CRM domains;
• Proven track record supporting enterprise or wholesale product introduction;
• Solid understanding of integration, APIs, and data flows across BSS systems;
• Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension. You’ll join an established team delivering meaningful transformation at scale, helping shape the future architecture of a major telco.
