Dormer Stanhope Lawyers, a boutique Sydney firm specialising in succession law, seeks an experienced solicitor for a senior role in estate litigation and planning. You will manage own files from day one and work closely with the director on complex matters.

This is not a support role; you will run contested probate applications, family provision claims, and advise clients independently while mentoring junior staff. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Formación

• Minimum two years post-admission in wills and estates.
• Current NSW admission and practising certificate.
• Experience managing contested estate matters in NSW Supreme Court.
• Solid drafting of wills, powers of attorney, testamentary trusts.
• Ability to manage a busy file load with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload across estate litigation and planning.
• Appear in and run complex estate disputes in the NSW Equity Division.
• Draft and settle pleadings, affidavits and submissions to a high standard.
• Provide strategic advice to executors, administrators and beneficiaries.
• Brief counsel and mentor junior team members on succession matters.
• Contribute to business development and firm profile in the succession community.
