Job summary

Bradken is seeking a Senior Software Developer to shape Bradken Insite, driving full-stack development across C#/.NET, SQL Server, Azure, React and TypeScript. You will mentor engineers, influence architecture, and deliver scalable digital solutions for mining and minerals processing globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Extensive experience across the software development lifecycle, with strong expertise in C#/.NET and modern web technologies.
• Experience designing and developing backend services using .NET, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server and Azure cloud services.
• Strong front-end development experience using React, TypeScript and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience developing and supporting Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
• Knowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and cloud deployment practices.
• Experience mentoring developers through code reviews, technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, testing practices, cybersecurity and application performance optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and maintaining full-stack solutions across C#/.NET, SQL Server, Azure, React and TypeScript technologies
• Driving architectural decisions and technical standards across APIs, data modelling, integrations and application design
• Developing and enhancing Progressive Web Applications (PWA) with offline-first capabilities and secure authentication
• Leading code reviews, improving engineering standards and mentoring developers across the team
• Building and supporting data processing pipelines, integrations and real-time monitoring solutions
• Identifying and addressing technical debt, performance improvements and security vulnerabilities
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines, release management and production deployments across multiple environments
