You’ll design systems that scale, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure performance, reliability, and clean abstraction across our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Build secure, scalable APIs in Node.js using TypeScript
• Design systems that scale from user onboarding to QR event ingestion
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and data teams to deliver cohesive features
• Improve observability, testing, and service performance
• Lead code reviews and mentor mid-level engineers
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in backend development, ideally in fast-paced product teams
• Deep Node.js experience, with strong fundamentals in async architecture
• Familiarity with GCP or other cloud environments
• Good understanding of system design, data modelling, and API security
• Clear communicator and collaborator across functions
