Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a senior software engineer to lead architecture and development of scalable test automation for phased array antennas, in a role focused on embedded systems and cloud integration. You’ll design CI/CD pipelines, HIL testing, and collaborate with hardware teams to ensure high-quality RF hardware and software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of scalable software test automation frameworks for phased array antenna testing and validation.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and hardware-in-the-loop integration testing to streamline software deployment.
• Dive deep into embedded system behavior and security, provisioning, secure boot considerations to develop software algorithms that interact with antenna devices and analyze system performance.
• Partner with the hardware design team to define testing procedures and software algorithms that guarantee high quality of the hardware.
• Build cloud applications and dashboards for system monitoring and data visualization.
• Design and develop data pipelines for processing and analyzing massive datasets from RF systems.
• Develop simulation and modeling applications for antenna performance analysis.
