• Energy Marketplace: We help businesses find below market prices on their energy and streamline the switching and billing process while helping energy retailers reach more customers. Our goal is to become a one-stop shop for managing energy accounts and assets.
• Energy Intelligence and Modelling Tools: Our reporting tools help businesses track and optimise everything from pricing & equipment running costs to the highest ROI energy upgrade across a business.

We're looking for a driven team member to help lead our fast-growing engineering team building products disrupting the energy market. If you're someone who likes the idea of rapid learning and rapid growth while doing good, you've come to the right place.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with our Co-founder, CTO, and the engineering team to work on the existing product as well as exciting new products in the pipeline.
• Be across front-end (React/NextJS) and back-end (Python/Flask, PostgreSQL). You will own your own projects and there is opportunity to lead other team members in the near future.
• Work with Machine Learning and LLMs to integrate model inference into the product.
• Build features to help businesses understand and optimise their energy costs and emissions.
• Work with Git/Github, Jira, Docker, and other tools to write test driven, high-quality, maintainable code.
• Develop the skills and experience to transition to a lead/head engineer role as we grow.

• Someone with demonstrable experience in Python, SQL, and React projects. Experience with this stack isn't a must but it will help.
