SA Health - Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) invites applications for a Senior Social Worker. Based in Adelaide CBD, you will provide expert social work services to students, families and communities with neurodevelopmental needs, leading a multidisciplinary team and guiding junior staff.

The role is a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027. The position offers a salary of $112,139 to $120,284 plus 12% superannuation and salary sacrifice, along with benefits including salary

Qualifications

• Degree in social work enabling professional practice and membership eligibility
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with clients having complex psychosocial needs and behaviours of concern

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical social work services to students, families and communities referred to NEHCo
• Provide leadership, education and supervision to social work staff and students
• Ensure culturally responsive service delivery and an inclusive work environment
• Contribute to research and evaluation to support evidence-based practice
