Job summary

Confidential in Brisbane's south‑east corridor is seeking an experienced Construction / Site Manager to take full ownership of site operations on a flagship multi‑tower residential project from mobilisation through to Practical Completion. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the on‑site team, manage subcontractors, uphold safety, and drive programme delivery across all stages.

The role requires a minimum 7 years' site management experience on high‑density residential builds,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in site management on medium‑to‑large residential or mixed‑use construction projects.
• Proven delivery of multi‑level reinforced concrete residential apartment projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership and WHS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day‑to‑day site operations across towers and basement levels from mobilisation through to Practical Completion.
• Lead the on‑site team including subcontractors and site administration to deliver programme milestones.
• Establish a safety‑first culture and ensure quality management across all trades.
• Chair site meetings and manage subcontractor performance, procurement, and logistics.
• Prepare and present site progress reports and manage variations and commercial interfaces.
