Job summary

Black & Co Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for commercial new-build and refurbishment projects in Sydney. You will own projects from start to handover, coordinating with Project Managers and trusted subcontractors to maintain programme and quality.

Experience in commercial new-build/refurbishment and the ability to lead site teams are essential. Competitive salary in the AUD 200k–240k range plus super, with strong site support and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

Trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
Strong commercial new-build and refurbishment experience.
Proven delivery of projects in the $5M - $40M range.
Excellent programming and organisational skills.
Strong construction methodology and technical knowledge.
Ability to lead subcontractors and site teams.
Stable employment history and reliable references.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of commercial new-build and refurbishment projects from commencement through to handover.
You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, quality subcontractors and a management team.
You'll maintain programme and deliver an exceptional standard of construction.
You'll have genuine autonomy backed by strong systems and an office that supports Site Managers.
