This is a great opportunity to take charge of a major live build with full support from a trusted Tier 2 contractor known for delivering quality projects and providing long-term job security.

You’ll lead site operations, drive results, and help shape one of Perth’s standout developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities from groundworks through to completion.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and schedules to keep the project on track.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and clients.
• Lead and mentor site teams to deliver a smooth, safe, and efficient build.

• Experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong record on commercial projects $50M+.
• Confident leader who can communicate clearly and manage people effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and WA building codes.
• Skilled in managing busy, complex sites with multiple trades.
