Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking a Senior Siebel Tech Project Manager to oversee complex Siebel projects across multiple cities in Australia. The role involves budgeting, financial reporting and change management within federal government programs.

The selected candidate will coordinate with sponsors, users and project teams to ensure cost controls, performance monitoring and timely adjustments, while maintaining compliance and facilitating decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting and financial planning for projects.
• Experience with financial reporting and data collation for analysis.
• Ability to monitor costs, time, quality and resources.
• Proven change management experience with sponsors and teams.

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior Siebel Tech Project Manager in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Monitors and maintains financial records to agreed requirements for compliance and audit.
• Assists with identifying and calculating process, service, project and component costs for financial planning and budgeting.
• Collates required financial data and reports for analysis and to facilitate decision-making.
• Develops the change management approach and a change management plan in collaboration with sponsors, users and project teams.
• Monitors costs, times, quality and resources used and takes action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
• Gathers feedback to allow timely improvements to the change management plan and approach.
