Job summary

CoStar Group's Domain division is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to grow organic visibility across a portfolio of brands. You will work with Lead SEO to translate data into actionable recommendations and align with Product, Design, Tech and Marketing.

You'll define and execute organic search strategies, oversee site architecture and content targeting, and mentor colleagues to build SEO capability across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 5+ years of SEO experience.
• Proven track record growing organic traffic for medium to large sites.
• Expert use of SEO analytics tools (GSC, GA, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Excel).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS and site migrations.
• Familiar with AI-driven search and GEO.
• Passion for SEO and helping Australians in property journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic search strategies across multiple brands.
• Lead site architecture, content optimisation, keyword targeting, structured data, and link-building.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design, Marketing, and Editorial teams.
• Provide keyword insights, trends, and content recommendations.
• Prioritise SEO roadmap initiatives with high-impact opportunities.
• Monitor SEO performance and implement improvements with stakeholders.
• Conduct site health audits and guide developers on fixes.
• Measure and report on SEO experiments and insights.
• Mentor team members and deliver SEO workshops.
