Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is Australia’s submarine company, delivering security intelligence across Defence programs from Adelaide, SA. The Senior Security Advisor role focuses on turning complex threat data into actionable insights and influencing strategic decisions with government and industry partners.

You will identify emerging threats, deliver executive briefings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, while holding NV1 level clearance and National Police clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in defence, intelligence, government or a comparable security environment.
• Strong capability in intelligence analysis and threat assessment.
• Ability to deliver clear reports and executive-level briefings.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Defence security frameworks and security disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Analyse intelligence and threat information from multiple sources.
• Produce intelligence reports, threat assessments and security briefings.
• Conduct pre-screening activities and ongoing personnel suitability assessments.
• Partner with defence and government agencies and key stakeholders.
• Identify emerging threats and provide actionable security advice.
• Support security teams across the business with intelligence expertise.
