Airlock Digital is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Security Operations team in Australia. You will design and implement security controls, manage monitoring tooling, and lead incident response and vulnerability management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and security teams to counter threats and improve defenses across cloud, endpoints, and corporate apps. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cybersecurity, strong SIEM and endpoint security experience, and familiarity with

Competenze

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity / security operations.
Strong knowledge of security fundamentals (authentication, authorisation, cryptography).
Strong understanding of SIEM tools (Splunk) and network security tech (firewalls, IDS).
Experience in endpoint security technologies; familiarity with Airlock desirable.

Mansioni

Design, implement, and maintain security controls, automations, and monitoring across apps, systems, cloud, and endpoints.
Respond to security incidents with investigations, containment, and remediation coordination.
Own vulnerability management processes and tooling; drive maturation over time.
Mentor junior engineers and analysts as needed.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to share insights on threats and vulnerabilities.
