Qualifications

• Teaching qualification and significant experience in schools with leadership of co-curricular programs.
• Master’s in Leadership or another complementary field.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex operations, budgets and staffing.
• Commitment to Christianity and the mission of The King's School, and ability to articulate this to families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the future direction of the co-curricular program across the Senior School.
• Lead and manage Character and Co-curricular teams to deliver outcomes aligned with the school’s vision.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, facilities, compliance and student engagement across co-curricular activities.
• Oversee major events, tours and excursions; manage grounds and facilities requests.
