Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler/Planner to support Natural Resource projects. You will lead schedule development, analysis and reporting across all project phases, coordinating inputs from internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with client experts, contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless schedule integration, monitor progress, perform critical path analyses and support forensic delay reviews with clear dashboard

Qualifications

• Proven background as Lead Planner, Senior Scheduler, or Planner in Natural Resources (Oil & Gas, Mining).
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills are essential; Safran, Acumen Fuse, or Primavera Risk are desirable.
• Power BI experience is advantageous for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience in consultancy and contractor environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and align schedule inputs across planning, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning.
• Project Integration: Work closely with technical advisors, client experts, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless schedule integration.
• Progress Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on schedule performance, achievements, and forecasts.
• Schedule Analysis: Conduct quality checks, critical path analysis, DCMA assessments, and schedule comparisons.
• Risk & Performance Analysis: Perform schedule risk assessments, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) monitoring.
• Forensic & Delay Analysis: Lead forensic reviews and delay analysis to support claims and project reviews.
• Dashboard Reporting: Present complex schedule data in clear, visual formats using dashboards and summary reports.
