Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Program Manager - SCADA Transformation to lead a major, multi-year transformation of a business-critical SCADA environment. The role will drive planning, execution, transition and business adoption while coordinating SCADA Engineering and interfacing with capital projects, contractors and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• Professional Engineer (Electrical) registration in Victoria is essential.
• AusCheck compliance or eligibility is required for the role.
• Experience delivering large-scale engineering, technology or infrastructure transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, ICS and/or OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a multi-year SCADA transformation program.
• Oversee transition from legacy SCADA to a new enterprise platform.
• Provide leadership across the SCADA Engineering function.
• Interface with major capital projects, contractors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate sequencing, dependencies and resource forecasting.
• Manage program governance, risks, issues, dependencies and financials.
• Drive business and technology change and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure safe, compliant, high-quality project delivery across sites.
• Report progress against KRAs and KPIs with visibility of risks.
