Capgemini is seeking a senior SAP TM consultant to guide and deliver complex transportation management and logistics transformation initiatives in Australia. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, design end-to-end processes, and configure SAP TM across transportation and warehouse domains.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain/SAP consulting, strong leadership, and experience with Agile delivery.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain and SAP consulting.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) including end-to-end implementations.
• Experience as a functional lead, senior consultant, or solution advisor in transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and logistics operations.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into SAP TM solutions.
• Lead functional workshops and design sessions, acting as SAP TM SME for transformation initiatives.
• Design and maintain end-to-end business process maps across transportation, warehouse, procurement, and order fulfilment.
• Configure SAP TM, prepare functional specs, perform testing and coordinate UAT activities.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to support successful delivery.
• Provide inputs to program leadership, identify risks and opportunities for optimisation.
