Role focuses on migration, upgrade/conversion advisory with deep technical/functional SAP expertise and strong client leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ advisory capacity with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.
• Experience leading or actively participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.
• Experience helping clients plan upgrade/transformation journeys.
• Minimum of 1 year with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years managing sales opportunities with client/account teams.
• Minimum of 2 years with SAP technology tasks (downtime optimization, data transition, hyperscaler).
• Experience supporting the Consumer Goods industry.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field team and be accountable to the Pursuit Lead.
• Storytelling, collateral, cross-tower SME coordination, standardization.
• Contribute to migration plans from technical/architecture standpoints.
• Lead high-level and low-level architecture design.
• Troubleshoot architecture challenges with project teams.
• Collaborate with client and vendors on architecture topics.
• Lead migration/conversion meetings/workshops with client.
• Coordinate across towers and with partners.
