Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on business analysis in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience in process modelling and mapping.
• Proven ability to run workshops and elicit key information.
• Experience with process mapping creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Experience performing requirements analysis using methods and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate ideas into specifications.
• Experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders to future needs.
• Ability to express ideas clearly with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes and contribute to functional requirements (as-is and to-be).
• Produce Business Requirements Documentation.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Provide leadership and expert advice on business processes to the project team.
• Communicate and validate processes and solutions with leaders and users.
• Assist in designing reports, forms, interfaces and conversions.
• Support defining and performing system, unit and acceptance tests.
• Identify potential organizational impacts for Change Management inputs.

Qualification and Experience:
