Job summary

CareCone Group in Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) Developer to design, build, and implement scalable solutions across telecom processes such as product catalog, order management, and guided selling.

The role focuses on OmniStudio development, CPQ optimization, and seamless data integration with OSS/BSS, billing, and ERP systems, ensuring end-to-end customer experiences and reliable production support.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) solutions for telecom.
• Knowledge of OmniStudio components such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS, billing and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize components using OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards).
• Implement and optimize CPQ processes, including product catalogs, pricing logic, and rules.
• Configure EPC and Order Management to streamline service activation and delivery.
• Integrate Communication Cloud with external systems (OSS/BSS, billing, ERP) via Salesforce APIs.
• Ensure data flow between Salesforce and telecom back-end systems.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Participate in code reviews, QA testing and deployment planning.
• Support production environments with troubleshooting and long-term fixes.
