Job summary

Shura is seeking Senior Salesforce Developers for a government delivery program in Canberra. You will design, build and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions, across configuration, custom development, integrations and CI/CD. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience, Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and strong configuration skills.

NV1 clearance is essential. Canberra-based project with weekly payments.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years’ hands‑on Salesforce development experience delivering enterprise‑level integrated solutions.
Advanced experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Aura, JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
Strong Salesforce configuration skills across custom objects, Flows, permission sets, sharing and related platform configuration.
Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Experience Cloud, version control and advanced CI/CD tooling.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and OmniStudio Developer/Consultant certifications.
NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business and project requirements.
Translate solution designs into high-quality Salesforce configurations and custom code.
Collaborate with Solution Leads, Business Analysts and Testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support testing, quality assurance and deployments through DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
Produce and maintain technical, solution and design documentation in line with Salesforce best practices.
