Infosys is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer in Sydney to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce apps using Aura Components, Apex, and Lightning technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive platform optimization.

The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, REST/SOAP integrations, and security models, with hands-on experience in LWC and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of IT experience, with 3–5 years of Salesforce development.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Development and Aura Components.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Aura Components, Apex, and Lightning technologies.
• Build reusable and scalable components aligned with business requirements.
• Design and implement customizations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support application enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical design and deployment documentation.
