Job summary

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of Salesforce sharing and security, experience with Data Loader and Service Cloud, and proven ability to manage Salesforce CI/CD processes using GitLab while coordinating with internal teams and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 4 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
• Experience in Data Loader, Service Cloud, and troubleshooting Salesforce issues with internal and vendor partners.
• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CI/CD processes using GitLab or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to align multiple stakeholders for collaboration.
