We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in the telecommunications industry to lead, develop, and execute sales strategies across the Australian market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, revenue growth, and client relationship management capabilities, ideally with experience in Telco and BPO sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy aligned with the Australian telecommunications landscape.
  • Set and manage revenue and retention targets across new business, add-on sales, and recontacting.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Lead and coach Sales Managers and Account Executives to build a high-performance, target-driven culture.
  • Support daily operations, manage team motivation, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Champion a learning-oriented team environment with continuous improvement and engagement at its core.

Client Relationship & Retention

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Handle escalations and client concerns with urgency and professionalism.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve client retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to deliver seamless client service.
  • Align sales targets and KPIs with wider business functions to enhance customer experience and performance.

Market & Industry Insight

  • Stay current with market trends, technological advancements, and competitive positioning in telecom and BPO.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to influence internal strategy and service innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7-10 years experience in a senior-level Customer Value Management or Sales Management role.
  • Strong preference for candidates with Telco industry experience.
