This role can include broader employment work but can be safety-focused.

You will bring deep safety expertise, strong drafting skills, and proven ability to handle contested litigation and complex investigations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in safety law and WHS prosecutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation and investigations.
• Strong drafting and client advisory skills.
