EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Integrated Risk Management to help organisations enhance performance through risk, trust and transformation work. The role covers ERM design, risk assessments and embedding risk appetite to support risk-based decision making.

The position is hybrid, based in Warrang – Sydney or Naarm – Melbourne with potential flexible hours. You will work with a multidisciplinary team on public sector, corporate and not-for-profit clients across Oceania.

Qualifications

• Experience in blue-chip, government or professional services organisations in risk, governance, strategy or compliance.
• Knowledge of risk and control concepts.
• ERM design, implementation and operation experience, including risk service delivery.
• Proficiency in risk assessment tools, risk and compliance standards (ISO, ITIL, etc.), and audit techniques.
• Experience supervising a team, projects or processes to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance (or existing clearance).

Responsabilités

• Contribute to end-to-end risk, trust, resilience and transformation engagements, including design and embedding of ERM frameworks.
• Plan, prepare and review client activities and deliverables.
• Collaborate across multiple client engagement teams and maintain client relationships.
• Coach and support staff to develop core risk and consulting skills.
