Job summary

Hassell is seeking a highly experienced Senior Revit Technician in our Perth studio to lead the technical delivery of complex architectural projects. You will produce and oversee Revit documentation, coordinate consultants, manage models and workflows, and support delivery through construction to ensure projects are realised with clarity, quality and constructability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Revit documentation in an architectural practice.
• Advanced Revit capability and strong detailing/construction methodology knowledge.
• Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proven experience supporting projects through construction, including site queries.
• Strong communication with consultants, contractors and project leaders.
• Mentoring others and improving technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of medium to large, complex projects from design through construction.
• Produce high-quality Revit documentation and manage delivery strategy.
• Set up, manage, and maintain project Revit models, standards, and workflows.
• Lead consultant coordination across structural, services, façade, and specialist models.
• Manage clash detection and resolve interface issues; support decision‑making.
• Participate in and, where required, lead technical coordination meetings.
• Ensure documentation meets Hassell standards and statutory requirements.
• Provide construction‑phase support including RFIs and shop drawings review.
• Contribute to site‑based coordination and technical resolution during construction.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to develop team Revit skills.
