• Interpret legislation and apply legal and policy principles to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Review financial and commercial documentation to determine the appropriate tax to charge on a range of transactions.
• Build positive relationships with taxpayers and their representatives by providing clear advice and explaining complex taxation issues in plain English.
