Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational performance and maintenance of assets within the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage tenant relationships, resolve escalated issues, and oversee tenant communication.
  • Budget management, financial reporting, and achieving financial KPIs.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring superior client service.
Key Requirements:
  • Ideally minimum 5 years of similar industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success in portfolio management.
  • Exceptional communication skills & financial acumen.
