Job summary

Repco is looking for a Duty Manager / Senior Retail Assistant to ensure an exceptional customer experience from entry to checkout. You will open/close shifts, lead a small team on Sundays, and ensure safety and showroom standards are maintained.

This role emphasizes upselling, stock control and merchandising, requiring strong communication and a customer‑facing mindset. Prior retail or service experience is preferred; full training is provided and staff discounts apply.

This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till. You will also take responsibility as a key holder, opening and closing as well as running shift on Sunday.Duties include:Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customersProvide genuine service & create moments that matter with customersUse your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performanceMaintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standardsProcess stock; receive, dispatch & storeBe an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team culture.Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbingSkills & ExperienceThis is a very customer focused position, so you'll naturally be a people person and a passionate customer service expert, ideally with previous retail and/or customer service experience. Full training will be given on the products we sell, however an interest in automotive is a plus. But if customer service is your passion and where you thrive, we like that sound of that too! You must be confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers.
