We’re seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager (Patrao) who will take full responsibility for one restaurant while also overseeing and supporting another location. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll manage shifts and daily operations, motivate your team, and coach other managers to succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Run Your Own Restaurant: Take full ownership of day‑to‑day operations, lead shifts, and deliver unforgettable experiences for customers and your team.
  • Oversee Another Location: Provide guidance, coaching, and operational support to a second restaurant, helping its leadership team succeed.
  • Develop Leaders: Mentor Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, building capability and confidence across both sites.
  • Handle HR & People Matters: Manage employee relations, performance, and engagement while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Drive Results: Ensure compliance, profitability, and operational excellence across both restaurants.
Who You Are
  • An experienced leader or someone with previous management experience in fast casual, casual dining, or similar (preferred but not essential), with a bucket‑load of passion to inspire, motivate, and engage your team.
  • Excellent communicator who connects with people from all walks of life.
  • People‑focused and loves to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Driven to run restaurants brilliantly—delivering high‑quality food and making every customer feel welcome.
