Qualifications

• You have a minimum 2 years' relevant experience in residential valuations.
• You possess tertiary qualifications in a Property degree.
• You hold a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification.
• You have strong working knowledge of the residential property market in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas.
• You can create and maintain productive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver valuations of the highest quality, adhering to client and company guidelines and SLAs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of sales trends and market conditions to inform valuation practices.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, contributing to business development.
• Report regularly to the Regional Director and collaborate to achieve targeted outcomes.
