Job summary

Specright is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex SaaS implementations with a focus on Salesforce-related projects. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope and risk, and drive adoption and renewal through strong stakeholder engagement.

As a remote-based role in Australia, you will coordinate with customers and Specright teams to deliver on time and on budget, while mentoring junior PMs and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in Salesforce Consultancy, Food and Beverage, and Manufacturing.
• 7+ years of project management experience in SaaS, preferably Salesforce.com related.
• Excellent communication to convey objectives, boundaries and drive outcomes for stakeholders.
• Ability to develop credibility and trust with customers and internal teams through technical and PM expertise.
• Comfort presenting to C-suite executives on project health and difficult topics to drive resolution.
• Experience managing highly complex Enterprise software projects.
• Certinia project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all phases of projects using the Specright Implementation Methodology to ensure on time and on budget delivery.
• Guide resources and customers to deliver impactful solutions, enabling adoption, renewal and upsell.
• Navigate complex customer environments to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Act as a Solution Consultant across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, QA support, and solution discussions.
• Establish full implementation plans with scope, deliverables, dependencies, duration estimates, and risk mitigation.
• Communicate project boundaries with customers and negotiate mutual plans to keep projects on schedule and scope.
• Maintain customer-centric approach to deliver value and excellent experiences.
• Keep up to date with product and project management knowledge.
• Collaborate to uncover additional customer needs and upsell opportunities.
• Advocate Specright implementation methodology and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
• Support organizational initiatives to expand team knowledge and services.
