Lawson Delaney Australia is seeking a leader to head the Private Clients/Business Services Accounting division. You will manage a substantial client portfolio and a team, collaborating with Partners to drive growth in a progressive, large accounting firm.

Qualifications

• Managed a large client portfolio.
• Strong technical accounting with complex client exposure.
• Engaging communicator with leadership ability.
• Experience managing staff as a Manager.
• Qualified Accountant.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Work with Partners on running the business, clients and staff.
• Manage a client portfolio and a team with training.
• Support accountants to maintain high productivity and quality.
• Delegate work to the team to service client needs.
• Take increasing responsibilities from Partners to drive growth.
