Job summary

The Procare Group in Campbelltown, SA is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured clients through assessment, case management and return-to-work planning, collaborating with health professionals, insurers and employers.

Ideal candidates are Allied Health professionals (OT, PT or Exercise Physiologist) with membership, current police clearance and strong communication, time management and a passion for client outcomes; the role offers career progression and a generous benefits

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist with relevant professional membership.
• Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant, with a view to establishing a branch in Campbelltown.

This role can lead to the opportunity to progress into a branch manager role overtime!

The role is fast paced, incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:

• Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness
• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios
• Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
• Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
