What You’ll Be Doing

This is a senior role with a great mix of autonomy and client engagement. You’ll:

  • Manage your own caseload across the Northern Territory
  • Provide workplace rehab and return-to-work support
  • Conduct ergonomic and workplace assessments
  • Attend occasional referrer events and generate ongoing referrals
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Deliver high-quality documentation and reporting

We specialise in return-to-work services for Workers’ Compensation, CTP, and Life Insurance schemes. We aim high, stay humble, and keep people at the centre of everything we do.

About You

You’re experienced, driven, and ready to take the next step in your career while still doing work that feels good.

  • Qualified in OT, Physio, EP, Psychology, Nursing, Chiro, or Rehab Counselling
  • Registered with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant
  • Confident communicator who builds strong rapport
  • Organised, responsive, and great at juggling priorities
  • Open to mentoring others and contributing to team success
