A government organization in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Registry Officer to lead recordkeeping and client service efforts. The role involves supervision of teams, managing compliance, and providing guidance on records management. As the Senior Registry Officer, you will lead the Records and Client Service teams, providing guidance, oversight, and professional advice to ensure high-quality, compliant registry services. This role is critical in managing and improving recordkeeping practices for the Court and Commission, overseeing client service delivery, and contributing to continuous improvement and information governance.
You will provide expert advice on record management and compliance, support the migration of records to a new document management system, and lead a small team dedicated to delivering excellent client service.
The Industrial Registry, headed by the Industrial Registrar, provides administrative and client service support to the Industrial Court of Queensland and the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC). Our purpose is to provide efficient and effective support to the Court and Commission in the administration of their functions.
