Job summary

Premier’s Department in New South Wales seeks a Senior Regional Coordination Officer to lead cross‑agency projects shaping regional priorities from Dubbo and the Western NSW region. You will drive complex policy, project and coordination work, manage cross‑agency initiatives, and deliver high‑level briefs and reports for senior government leaders.

You will engage with agencies, councils, industry and communities to ensure regional priorities are understood and addressed.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and implement regional and cross‑government projects that support long‑term community outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of regional NSW economic, environmental and social issues.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, priorities and deadlines with detail and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑agency policy, project and coordination work to support government priorities across NSW.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide high‑quality briefings and reports for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate whole‑of‑government responses and represent the Department in negotiations.
