Job summary

NAB seeks a Head of Real Assets to shape private wealth property and infrastructure investments in Australia. You will lead the real assets strategy and investment research, guiding portfolio construction alongside advisers and clients.

In this senior role, you will manage a high-performing team, influence asset allocation at the highest level, and represent the firm in market commentary and thought leadership within Private Wealth & JBWere.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in listed and unlisted property and infrastructure markets.
• Proven track record in manager selection, due diligence and portfolio construction.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to identify scalable investment opportunities.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in institutional, wealth or investment management environments.

Responsibilities

• Own real assets investment strategy across property and infrastructure.
• Lead manager research, due diligence and investment recommendations.
• Influence asset allocation and portfolio construction decisions at a senior level.
• Partner closely with advisers, clients and investment managers to drive outcomes.
• Act as a key spokesperson through market commentary, client events and thought leadership.
