Job summary

Talent Aligned in Australia is seeking a Senior React Native Developer to own and advance the company's mobile applications, focusing on transforming a mobile Web App into a richer native experience and enabling Bluetooth connectivity with physical devices.

You will lead the evolution of the mobile app suite, manage end-to-end store releases (Apple App Store and Google Play), mentor teammates, and contribute to customer-facing web store initiatives when time allows.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience developing and deploying mobile apps with React Native.
• Proven track record of independently managing app store releases (loading and publishing).
• Experience in Start-up/Scale-up or consultancy environments is highly regarded.
• Experience connecting mobile apps to physical hardware is a plus.
• Proactive, autonomous attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the company's mobile application suite.
• Transition existing mobile Web App into a richer native experience.
• Implement native functionality such as biometric login and in-app notifications.
• Containerise the web app into a robust mobile wrapper for stores.
• Coordinate deployments to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Mentor team members and contribute to new customer-facing initiatives when possible.
