Job summary

Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions is seeking a Senior Ranger for Stirling Range National Park. Based on-site, you will lead the works program and day-to-day operations, coordinating seasonal staff and contractors while liaising with Indigenous groups and other stakeholders to deliver park priorities.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and knowledge of park management, conservation practices, and visitor services, with a focus on safety and resource

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising park-related projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison with public and Indigenous groups.
• Experience implementing park operations, visitor management and resource protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead the works program and day-to-day operations within Stirling Range National Park.
• Coordinate seasonal/short-term staff, volunteers and contractors.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including Indigenous groups and tourism operators, to deliver priorities.
