Job summary

On Q Recruitment seeks an engineer to join a pioneering medical technology leader's R&D team in Perth. You will drive design, development, testing and optimization of regenerative medical devices from concept to verification, supporting technology transfer into manufacturing.

The role requires a high level of drive and initiative, with ownership of defined product development programs and collaboration with commercial, quality and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in medical device development or biotechnology or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong technical writing and data analysis.
• Experience with GMP or ISO13485 environments.
• Ownership of product development programs and vendor management.
• Experience with design verification and validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, testing and optimization of regenerative medical devices.
• Plan and execute development projects for new product development (NPD).
• Lead design verification and validation activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, quality and regulatory teams.
