As a Senior Quantitative Analyst within Model Risk, you'll join an independent team responsible for validating AI models used across the Westpac Group. From machine learning and generative AI through to emerging agentic AI solutions, you'll play a key role in ensuring these models are robust, reliable, and aligned with governance and regulatory expectations.
You'll partner with stakeholders across the business and risk functions, challenge model design and implementation, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of AI model risk management. It's a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced analytics, risk, and innovation while helping build confidence in the future of AI.
This is a permanent full time position based in Sydney / Warrane on Gadigal Country with hybrid working arrangements.
