Zusammenfassung

Sharp & Carter seeks a Senior Quality Manager to own quality across manufacturing sites in NSW and Victoria. You will lead ISO 9001, GMP, and food safety programs, supported by site QC teams, and act as the senior escalation point for urgent quality issues affecting high-volume production.

You will conduct audits, drive root-cause investigations, and partner with operations leadership to embed Continuous Improvement across the site network, including occasional customer-site visits and

Qualifikationen

Manufacturing quality leadership experience
ISO 9001 audit management experience
Food safety accreditation (ISO 22000/FSSC 22000) and GMP exposure desirable
Root cause analysis and continuous improvement capability
Lean or structured problem-solving ability
Engaging communication that influences teams and auditors
Proactive, self-starting approach with ownership of issues

Aufgaben

Lead ISO 9001, GMP and food safety/accreditation compliance across all sites
Manage auditor relationships and lead external/internal audits
Lead investigations and corrective actions on customer-facing issues
Partner with Plant Managers, Sales and Continuous Improvement Manager
Visit customer sites to investigate and resolve quality issues
Propose and implement improvements to quality team structure and standards
Respond to back-shift escalations where production is at risk
