Job summary

Talesca is delivering major renewable energy and electrical infrastructure projects in Australia. The QA Manager will lead the project quality function, integrating contractual requirements, client specs and Talesca’s quality system to guide delivery teams.

You will oversee quality personnel across disciplines, manage subcontractor and supplier compliance, and drive progressive completion and handover documentation from planning through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in quality management within construction or EPC projects.
• Experience implementing project quality systems and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Experience auditing subcontractors, suppliers and client interfaces.
• Familiarity with Aconex or similar project collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project quality plans and risk registers.
• Oversee inspections, test plans, records and closeout of work packages.
• Lead audits of project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and equipment.
• Mentor quality personnel and support engineering and construction teams.
• Drive non-conformances, corrective actions and handover documentation.
