Job summary

Telair, a growing national Internet Service Provider based in Brisbane, is seeking two senior engineers to join our in-house dev team. You will build and maintain core systems including a .NET CRM and Python backend, connecting to nbn wholesale carriers, networks, and Microsoft 365.

You’ll own features from design to production and work closely with network, support and operations to ship reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with Python 3 or C#/.NET in commercial projects.
• Strong REST API, integration and relational database experience.
• Comfort working in Linux environments.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment.
• Experience with AI coding tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take features from design to production as an individual contributor.
• Design, build, and extend Python and .NET services and APIs.
• Integrate with nbn wholesale carriers and other APIs.
• Collaborate with network, support and operations teams.
• Help modernise legacy systems while shaping CRM evolution.
